Former Team Great Britain amateur standout Jack Bateson is very excited to be making his pro debut this Friday. The fight will take place in his hometown of Leeds. The flyweight prospect is enjoying the transition to the pro game and being able to have a full training camp to prepare for his fights in stark contrast to the on the fly nature of the amateurs.

There's not too much competition in the UK @ 112Lb, so it would be nice to see him take a few fights in SE Asia or down Mexico way as well as the UK. It's gotta be between 6-7 fights a year for the 1st 24 months or so.
