I would rank Mayweather anywhere from 20 - 30 in my all time greatest list.

Don't get me wrong, he had the talent and potential to be much higher but his business tactics (Fair play to him), protection of his '0' and flat out refusal to take any sort of risk most certainly play against him.

As for Teddy talking about McGregor. They certainly would KO/TKO him but definitely not in the 1st round

Mayweather is Top 20. Atlas is probably giving his opinion based on the result of this fight. You also can't rule out the cross network bias. Besides, Atlas is one of the few that already has Lomachenko #1 P4P.

I seriously doubt Pacquiao, Canelo, or Spence would KO McGregor in 1 Round. McGregor's chin didn't fail him, it was his stamina. Pacquiao hasn't KO'd anyone since Cotto and it took him almost a full 12 rounds to do it. What makes anyone think he would get a 1 round KO against a much bigger guy with a reach, who even Mayweather had trouble getting inside on for the first 3 rounds. Canelo would have the best opportunity but I think McGregor still survive the first round at least. Spence takes awhile to get started. Again, McGregor can play keep away for at least 1 or 2 rounds.

Atlas has been consistently wrong about a lot of things so I won't be so quick to take his opinion over others.
