Yes cotto has been fighting above 147 since 2010 his body is naturally bigger than mikey who just 3 years ago was fighting at 126 and just moved up to lightweight last year. He has had 1 fight vs broner at 140 and would have 2 move up another 2 weight classes thats 14 pounds to face cotto. Thats a little much.

Mikey has better fundamentals but it would be a question of his chin holding up. It's not like Loma who is equal to/more skilled than Rigo but bigger. This fight would be a great little guy vs a good big guy.
