Sanchez: Kovalev is too much for Ward!

Trainer Abel Sanchez is sticking with his pick of IBF/WBA/WBO light heavyweight champion Sergey “Krusher” Kovalev having too much power and size for former super middleweight champion Andre Ward

Abel - "This fight will be similar and reminiscent of Kovalev-Hopkins. He’ll beat him like that from the outside, and Andre is not going to have anything to hurt him or keep him from doing what he wants to do.”

Teddy Atlas is picking Canelo - that's all you need to know. GGG is much bigger with better technique and footwork. Canelo could and should have fought DL first. Bad mistake moving up to GGG after fighting Drawn Chavez at 164 and Glass Jaw Kahn at whatever Caneloweight was - 155? Liam Smith, an Ann Hill-less James Kirkland were also uninspiring and well-calculated opponents.

Canelo loads up on punches and drops his hands too much. He also only throws about 55 punches a round. An output too low verus someone as active as GGG.

GGG wins by spectacular knockout and then immediately defends his "lineal" title against Jermall Charlo in a PPV December headliner in Vegas.

Lost first fight. Low blow'd his way to a win in the second.

Golovkin is way more popular than Ward. He couldn't even sell out his last fight against Kovalev despite having a promoters dream match up. Maybe everyone's just tired of you spouting the same bull**** everyday about GGG that they've grown tired of responding, and you now mistake that for less fans.

Admit it though, you're more of a fan than anyone, you can't keep his name out of your mouth.

Right now Canelo feels invisible for going 12 rounds with Zombie Jr, KO'ing a Jr Middleweight, a welterweight and an old shot Cotto.

I agree with Sanchez, GGG needs to bring him back down to earth.

That was for the first fight, which Kov should have won. I believe he said Ward would win second, but buy some cheat shiiit no doubt.

This site is losing people altogether dude, likely because of the dumb GGG hate on every damn post he's discussed on.

Actually, it does. If ggg beats Canelo his next fight will prob be on ppv, he'll get paid more, etc. Especially if it's a rematch.

After GGG beats Canelo, he doesn't really need anyone. If they choose, they can give Suanders a good deal to get Last strap. After that, K2 is gonna be like screw it.

And you have no idea who'll be a superstar, for half his career no one thought Floyd would until Floyd started taking out those Mexican andhispanic fighters. GGG beats the hell out of Canelo, Canelo base will buy every fight they think ggg may lose in.

Another may follow similar path, you just don't know.

I don't know. This ends in one of two ways. If GGG hasn't slipped, Canelo breaks down much like McGregor while having some success. It's entirely possible GGG brings it to Canelo with no intent on letting himself get robbed.

If GGG slips, Canelo survives and likely gets another decision only his fans and media apologist agree with, then proceeds to duck all fighters anywhere near his age or size

The only shocking outcome is if Canelo blows ggg out, but it's not gonna happen. By Round 5 you'll be screaming for Canelo to get off the ropes while Canelo is trying to bail out without looking like he wanted to bail out.

He's got a list of excuses made up in case Canelo loses by blow out. He's been clowning Golovkin for so long I'm not sure what's he's gonna do if ggg blows Canelo up. It will **** up his belief in God.
