Comments Thread For: Kellerman: Crawford, Spence Would Have Stopped Mayweather

Max Kellerman, who works for HBO Sports and ESPN, believes five division champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (50-0, 27 KOs) should never even consider idea of returning to the ring. This past Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Mayweather secured a TKO victory in the tenth round over UFC superstar Conor McGregor, who was making his professional debut as a boxer.

Yep! That's why he didn't fight them!
    They'd crush Conor.

Hell yeah they would have. Mr. 0-0 went ten rounds. Crawford and Spence would have hurt him at any juncture of his career.

Not a fan of Max but whoever would say this is right.Floyd got away with the right named easy opponent and took train loads of money.

I doubt this will ever happen anywhere near this scale again but Floyds not bothered....... he's off.

Instead of Max bringing up the positives of what FLOYD has done, he chosed to speculate something that downplays his accomplishments. FLOYD has beaten over 22 champs in a 20 year career. He"s going on 41yrs old and just represented boxing in a strong light by beating the breaks off of the no.1 MMA fighter. HATERS like OSCAR DELA HATER and HBO's puppets all have nightmares about Floyds success!!

Crawford hasn't beat anyone of significance yet at 140 or higher...

Kellerman also said that Conor wouldn't land a glove on Floyd and Conor won 4 rounds and hurt Floyd to the body really badly in round 9...

I'm riding with Floyd even at 40 over Crawford - I saw little Gamboa embarrass Crawford for multiple rounds. Floyd has a great chin as well.

Spence is different story. Spence is a huge Welterweight and goes to the body - he would be trouble for Floyd at 40.
