Do you honestly think Vlad was clean for that fight? He moved better than I've ever seen him before, using the ring and throwing fast, sharp shots like a man half his age until Joshua adjusted after he was knocked down and eventually broke him down. I take my hat of to the aging warrior for a stellar swan song performance but he was definitely juiced as well.
He fought out of Germany for the bulk of his career, becoming an adopted, honored son and was the most famous and popular boxer they had. Germany is well known for it's advances in technology and chemistry. They definitely hooked him up with some new drug that was not being tested for. Regardless, he commended himself more than honorably for a man of his age against a young, strong bull like Joshua.

I thought this shot was legal but on looking at this vid it looked like it landed on the hip... This is not a legal shot at all.

Alternatively would have like to see how this would have changed the fight if the ref didn't make the call.

The way I see it, even if it was clean Byrd would have stepped in since McGregor got behind Mayweather.

Exactly! Everyone is failing to realize that whether it was really a low blow or not it wasn't the reason that Robert Byrd stopped the action. He was going to let McGregor have that one. It wasn't until McGreogor started trying to hump Mayweather from behind like an over excited dog and like he had been getting away with doing all night that the referee broke them up. Robert Byrd let McGregor get away with a lot of illegal stuff during that fight. It's almost as if McGregor needed to commit more than one consecutive foul for Byrd to even say anything. Skip Bayless is an entertainer but he really should be warned by ESPN or suspended for calling Robert Byrd Dirty Byrd. He's insuiating that the ref is corrupt without any real basis other than his own personal bias.

Hold up-he made about as much for fighting Manny, another guy that had no chance to beat him. You paid for that fight as well as this one hoping, praying floyd would lose.
