I agree with Diaz McGregor only won round because Mayweather was letting him.

It is a clear form of denial when a BJJ Balckbelt in Diaz tapped McBoner out yet Schaub doesn't want to hear it
Schaub was trying to tell Diaz to big up McGregor and say he's done well.

Diaz called him a moron and said Mayweather wasn't even trying for the first 4 rounds (pretty obvious to everyone though some don't want to admit it).

Are people actually dumb enough to disagree with him? Go back and watch the fight... 99% of his punches, he wasn't even loading up with, just throwing mostly pitter-patter shots that make just enough contact to count on the scorecards. He certainly didn't land anything big or flush (that uppercut was only decent at best.)

He was too scared to get countered to load up on his shots in the earlier rounds, and with good reason. He would have gotten countered. Then he was gassed and had nothing in the later rounds so couldn't have loaded up even if he wanted to.

Joe Rogan is obnoxious. He's the reason all these UFC/Conor fanboys are so disillusioned. He spouts nonsense and they don't know any better than to eat it up.

Brendan Schaub is an idiot. Diaz might not be the smartest bunch out there, but he can get down to what he knows best and thats MMA.

The MMA community has its own paradox because it has its own purist fans into BJJ, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and "striking," so even its own community compete in convo for what is best.

Conor sucks at sparring in grappling. BJJ is not his thing. Its so ironic that the UFC is focusing on hand striking when Boxing is the mecca of such combat.

UFC fans are in denial. Conor is 1-1 in the UFC for anything not Featherweight as he drained to 145 like a Oscar fighting Pac at 145... which is why he has always towering dudes and just bigger... ffs look how he walks around..

He's a hype job with a plentiful amount of WWE followers. What's the reason to watch WWE if its all orchestrated? Theatre?

Joe Rogan is correct.. Conor wasn't throwing his hardest shots... I believe because 1. His punches in boxing are just not that hard anyways, at the world class level... 2. Mcgregor stated his plan was to rough Floyd up, stop him early. Which would have been the way to go about it... Instead, his game plan was to try and outbox one of the best in our generation.. Fool move.. He got outclassed like everyone expected if he tried to box with mayweather. He wasn't going to win the fight either way, but he totally chose the wrong game plan. But, he knew if he was throwing his hardest punches that he would most likely miss most and tire even quicker, or more likely get countered by Floyd and be sleeping on the canvas.

He took power off his punches to actually land something. That's the trade off, he's getting credit for landing, if he would've put force behind them he would've missed and gotten countered.
