I didn't get to watch the fight but i did get to watch the final seconds.
It was a good stop. Every fight should be stopped when one fighter is fighting in a "deminished capacity" Mcgregor was clearly out of gas at the time the fight was stopped.

Floyd would have prefered to have stopped Connor because of Ko punch rather than Connor being too tired.
But Floyd took a legite punch in 9th so could himself have been stopped if not for ref intervention which always seems to be case with these home fighters always get lucky breaks thin line between losing and winning.
