yea true but its only a matter of time before that next Trinidad comes out guns blazing

Given up on Verdejo already?

Verdejo has been looking shakey lately. At the point that Verdejo is in right now in his career, Trinidad and Cotto were already champions. I'm not completely giving up on him, but he's got a lot to prove.

Other prospects I'm keeping my eye on are:

Joseph "Blessed Hands" Adorno, Alberto Machado (Though he didn't look good last week, SMH), Miguel Cruz, Subriel "Browny" Matias Matthews, Danielito "El Zorro" Zorrilla, Christopher "Pitufo" Diaz, Manny Rodriguez, Jesus Rojas.

And Felix Verdejo naturally.

Between all of these guys someone has to rise up, right? Jesus Rojas actually is very underrated. But someone has to step up from the above mentioned fighters.
