McGregor and only McGregor could have pulled this off with Mayweather, it was the perfect money fight at the perfect time.

Conor has set up himself, his children, and his children's children financially for life. And he did that by being brash and a smart showman as he's not even a top 5 all time MMA guy. 6+ million people paid to see him, no other MMA guy could have touched a couple million.
Yea i remember Stephen A Smith saying on tv that one of the reasons Floyd took this fight because McGregor knows how to promote

True but I hope conor didn't just accept the really low end of the deal. They were equal dance partners and I know Floyd's ego would have demanded he get the lions share, I hope McGregor wasn't left with the mouse's share. He should at least have gotten a 40% split. He still has to split his share with ufc

Can we ban folks that make these threads making up shyt posting fake news? No link and the fight just happened yesterday. Impossible to have any numbers this early they counting everything up from so many different vendors that sold the fight. Plus you have the drama over ppvs that were sold but not delivered. Nobody could watch the ppvs sold by UFC.tv their servers crashed at 9pm and other providers had problems too. So first you going to have count it all up and there is likely going to be a mass number of refunds if not lawsuits for the ones sold that weren't delivered. This shyt going to weeks and weeks till we have any real numbers.
