Lol @ "He just gets told "C'mon Floyd" twenty or thirty times." Hahahaha!!! True shat!!Floyd has always done this though, just not to the same degree. Always bends over to the point where no scoring areas are available for the opponent as well. But Floyd never gets official warnings or points taken away like regular fighters. He just gets told "C'mon Floyd" twenty or thirty times.Comment

Me and others saw it as Floyd baiting McGregor into doing what he would normally do in MMA, which would be considered fouling in boxing. McGregor said he felt boxing was a lot cleaner and that was the difference.
What it was is McGregor would turn an angle and Floyd wouldn't turn with him he just leaned into him with his back turned. Floyd was very stationary in this fight he was right in front of McGregor for the whole fight.
I'm also glad Mayweathers finally done because we don't need another one of these. It's very telling that Mayweathers fight where he finally gives the fans what they want has to be against a UFC fighter. Imagine him fighting like that in front of Thurman or GGG.Comment

Thread shows great ignorance to both sports. McGreggor was an absolute slob in terms of actual boxing. He was taking Floyd's back repeatedly (as you would in MMA, the moment the opportunity comes) and then, instead of correcting himself, would start getting in cheap shots, at which point the ref would break them up. You really can't see this?
I don't entirely blame Connor for taking the back as, when you train in MMA, you develop the instinct to look for that and take it. But, the fact that he was striking after just illustrates how much he blows as a boxer.Comment
