The turn around time between a grueling war that will happen September 16th and December 2nd is too short.

Anyway that would be a ****** fight for Cotto, either one of them would hurt Cotto really bad at this stage of Cotto's career. He's too small for both of those guys and will be 37 soon.

Cotto will end up fighting someone else his size or smaller.

I would. Duran was one of the best fighters of all time. Cotto is a very good fighter and one of the best of his era. But he is no Duran and a combination of his inactivity, his adoption Floyd's "if it makes dollars it makes sense" mentality and his repeated statements about his looming retirement makes me question if he really has the heart to go through those fights let alone survive them. I think that is particularly true if GGG beats Canelo emphatically.

Stop it. Cotto is too old to be able to overcome the size advantage they'd have on him. If he wants 1 last hurrah, he'd have a better shot of making a welterweight like Thurman or Danny Garcia move up to face him at 154. That'd be a good way to go out, win or lose.

Who beat who. Canelo clearly out boxed Cotto. I love Cotto and have watched him since he was 6-0 but he was out classed and hit with the harder cleaner shots by Canelo.
Canelo at 160 KO's Cotto as does GGG.
Cotto does not carry his power up that high against A class fighters. Cotto is really a blown up WW.
Cotto is a great boxer but you have to pop Canelo and GGG if you want to get there attention. He cant.

He is better skill wise but he's not a big enough puncher to hurt either guy. He'll lose to both.
