This is why I was against this fight.

Eventhough Floyd walked down a 25 pound bigger man 12.years younger, he lost 3-4 rounds while doing it. All the MMA fans basically **** on the fight saying Conor looked great. It was always a lose lose for Floyd. I think boxing did OK in the end, but MMA ultimately wins BIG. I hope Conor boxes again and Canelo ****s him up.

People setting expectations for Floyd is nothing new. And raising those expectations even higher after Floyd's fight is nothing new.

People will never be satisfied with Floyd. And he tends to give away the first 2 rounds all the time to get a read on his opponent, so I don't get why Floyd losing 3 rounds is such a big deal.

Very true. Why I wanted it to go longer at least. Conor was protected.

The MMA fans are absolutely clueless. Their opinions are worthless. It's not about winning rounds, it's about winning the fight. And Mayweather did exactly what he should have done to win the fight.

Thats like writing that if a college football team plays a NFL team, and loses 70-14, the NFL team somehow lost because they were tied 14-14 after 1 Quarter. In the end, the better team Won anyway.

McGregor just has natural fight ability and most of us underestimated his boxing ability severely. We didn't know how translatable his striking would be in a boxing setting and the results were pretty shocking. But Floyd called it right when he said this guy is dangerous because he basically wins most of his matches with boxing.

lol only casuals would think that and theyll move on to the next thing tomorrow....only idiots like brendan schaub and the ufc guys who have an interest on making mcgregor look good think this was anything but floyd carrying him.....floyd is defensive, is not used to fighting someone longer than him, looked small as hell compared, and has a very one dimensional offence....anyone who pushed the pace and was McGregors size would have gassed him in 3 and ended him brutally...the only good thing about McGregor was his reach, it does speak badly of floyds style that it was enough to make it awkward for him though...
