    Guys, use logic for once

How on earth did boxing win in a boxing vs. boxing battle? How did boxing beat MMA when it was boxing vs. boxing?

Want to find out the real answer, have Conor use MMA and have Floyd use boxing. There you will find who wins.

No way Floyd agrees to that of course.

It's crazy some MMA fans wanted to see McGregor hit the canvas. They really don't know how bad countless shots to the head can damage a person when they're out of breath.

People go into comas and die every year in boxing.

          Who was the better athlete?

It was patently obvious in the 9th and 10th.

I don't even watch MMA and don't feel like we have much to be proud of. I didn't expect Conor to win a single round much less be up by 3 and last 10 rds.

It's like a football/hockey/basketball player switching sports and actually hanging with the best team in the world, their first game. Not entirely unimpressive.

              Of course Floyd wouldn't.

But a (former) UFC Champion has already lost to a boxer in the cage. Roy Mercer KO'd Tim Sylvia in like 10 seconds in an MMA fight.

Even playing field.. just not the players. Should have been an 8round fight

BUT, Floyd is not the best in the world....That's just hyperbole. Mayweather is too old to be at his best now days. Many welterweights would beat him now in 2017. Actually, even in 2015. The days of Pacquaio and Mayweather being the kings of the sport are long gone...LONG GONE!

it took Floyd (self proclaimed TBE) 10 rnds to finish a boxing novice. If this were MMA, Macgregor would've finished it in the first round. Boxers don't know how to defend a take down and once they're on the ground it's like a fish out of water. I don't even watch MMA anymore, but lets be realistic, Boxing barely saved face here.

It kind of wins. Conor looked really good. I've been saying that he would win 2 rounds early and he probably won 4 . But he got the KO and that's all that matters. I'm salty that he didn't get the real KO. Floyd deserved a real KO. and Conor deserved a it. deducted.
