I had floyd all day but that **** was weak....he should have blasted mcgregor sumpin serious!! Floyd took the easy route to 50....wanted everybody on the way down and nobody at thier peak. Last 2 fights were jokes like none other....

He let Connor win but not for the reasons you gave.
Floyd was fighter liking a stalker type fighter. In the early rounds he was just cutting off the ring and making connor overwork himself. Also he was nailing connor with the straight right hand to the body in order to suck that energy out.
He did this without over exerting himself and without throwing too many punches, knowing that as a result he would be the fresher fighter in the long stretch.
It was a deliberate and methodical break down. A classic example of how one should stalk/pressure an opponent.
Most pressure fighters eat a lot of leather while trying to break down the opponent, which is why it sometimes back fires when they get hurt or broken down instead.
Floyd was bobbing and weaving, and kept a high guard all the while in order to catch the punches as he walked in. This made Connor move too much (energy expansion) and when he was cornered he had to throw a lot of punches (energy expansion.
When Floyd got the timing of the right hand to the body, he started following through with a left hook to the head and another straight right (this one to the head).
Bunch of clowns here acting like Connor miraculously gassed whereas he was methodically broken down and taken to deep waters.Comment

Conor signed up for a 12 round fight. He told the world he'd end it in the first few rounds. If he did what he said he was going to do, he wouldn't have gassed.
Floyd did exactly what he said he was going to do. He knew that Conor was overestimating his ability to hurt him and wouldn't be able to last.
Conor walked into Floyd's trap and still doesn't realize what happened.

Cool...Floyd carried the novice 10 rounds and even gave rounds away to ENTERTAIN and give fans their money's worth...what a cool guy...Conor found out that our great sport is a Marathon not a Sprint...both dudes sprinting to the bank though
Logical boxing fans can take off the gas masks now...Nelo vs 3G is on deck....that's LEGACY ****...this was a money grab...Floyd masked up like we didn't know it was him who robbed the bank tonight...on to the next!Comment

This was funny. And for those on here who watch the sweet science and have actually watched floyd many many times know that he really did not take this too serious and he fought in a style he never uses. So if you think this was close...well thats cool but ya'll just dont understand and that is ok.Comment
