This is going to be an interesting test for Cotto. He and his people knew what they were getting into when they signed the contract. It will show him exactly how much he has left in the tank.

Even if he wins (which I expect him to do by 9th round TKO due to ref or corner stoppage...with no knockdowns), I would not be surprised if this were his last fight. There's no margin for error if he wants to fight again before the end of the year. If he sustains any damage, even in victory, it's goodbye.

Real boxing fans should appreciate that and tune in. The guy has never given us a boring fight.

I like Kamegai and respect Japanese boxing, Japanese boxing is on the rise. But more than likely Cotto is going to win this fight. Kamegai hasn't faced anyone on Cotto's level. The skillset and talent are wide. I also think Cotto is the hardest punchest and strongest guy that Kamegai will face.

That being said, Kamegai is tough as nails and has a good chin, he can take a shot. And I've never seen Kamegai or Cotto in a boring fight. So we should be on for a good one Saturday night.

That's a smart plan because with this dude's chin breaking down the body might be the only way to get him out of there.

          100% in agreement.

Yesterday I went to Wild Card and my Wife and I meet Freddie Roach, and Marvin. Freddie was amazing, super friendly and humble. Talked to him for about 5 minutes and the he asked if we have meet Miguel!!

My Wife and I were in haven! The invited us downstairs to Cotto's private training area. I was like FUGGGGGG!

I meet his Wife, his friend Brian, and the King Cotto came out ready to start his light afternoon workout when Freddie called us over to meet King Cotto!

Mother of God, I was so excited. Was able to hake hands, and a light hugs, exchanged greetings andcwished him good luck! The politely Freddie escorted us out the room!

It made my year and the wholevtrip worthwhile. Now, we are about to depart to the weight in and fight tomorrow!!!

Yoshi sports a 24/27 knockout to win ration which is more like 90% than 75% ... anyway dude can definitely scrap, but he fights with his hands low. Cotto will catch him. + Cotto is a much much better boxer ... not really the brawler anymore. Yoshi could be a lot more fresh early, but he will tire after 4.
                  I'm excited, needless to say
