They've stated that Pulev has to be next but they simply cannot expect Joshua to wait around for him to be willing to fight. Hearn should be going to the IBF and demanding that Joshua be allowed to fight WBA mandatory Ortiz instead if Pulev is flat out unwilling to agree terms.

I think Pulev is a legit top ten guy unlike a lot of mandatory's in boxing these days, but f#ck him then.

Let Luis Ortiz get the October fight & Pulev can get the fight after that & can start training 4mos before that date if he feels like it, but lets not keep Joshua out of the ring cuz this cat thinks 2 extra months is gonna help him. He's a heavyweight. Why does he need that much time? He's not going to get any better at this stage. Surely his plan involves hitting Joshua very hard in the head. That's it. I am sure he will have some success with his jab early on until Joshua decides Pulev is boring him and will try and take his chin off.
