Comments Thread For: Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor: Substance at The Circus

By Cliff Rold - Let there be only one request: No crying on Sunday. By now, everyone should know what they're getting into this weekend. The circus is in town and the line to the geek show tent has formed. This is an event; a happening. It ain't much of a sporting event. Floyd Mayweather, a great boxer, is going to whip the ass of Conor McGregor, not a boxer, in a boxing match. It's not a matter of if; it's a matter of how. Age isn't an issue...

May/Mac exposed for what it is, a circus. A night of mis matches doesnt help either. Yet the clowns hyped for this garbage card b*tch about Top Rank and Golden Boy cards that are not much but **** at least they are not as bad as this **** sandwich nor do they cost nearly as much.

Mayweather might be the circus' ringmaster, but sometimes the tigers go tiger, gotta tread lightly with McGregor.

The Golden Boy card that's being held on the same day with Cotto-Kamegai, is a worse card, so what's your point?

Mayweather-McGregor is delivering a night of 6 televised fights, 4 of which actually are good fights.

            Stay salty, lol

Actually good?? Every fight is already decided lol. Crap card for $100, Cotto vs. Kamegai is at least free. Not to mention at least Kamegai has a pro record to speak of. Stop lying to yourself you clown we all know this card is just terrible.

Definitely going with Mayweather but as for the Jack fight... I can't see Badu beating cleverly Nathan is too big definitely going with Mayweather but as for the Jack fight I can't see badhu beating clever early nathan is too big and skills and jacks last two flights he struggled with good competition..

Everyone knew what they were getting in the last Canelo PPV too. That PPV was filled with garbage mismatches but nobody complained. Floyd is retired and not holding any division in boxing back. He isn't stopping any fights from happening. People need to take this PPV for what it is, a big event that features boxing and MMA's biggest stars fighting each other. And don't give me that you ain't going to spend your money on a circus event, when the numbers show that so called boxing fans ain't even spending their money to watch top fights like KOv/Ward GGG/Jacobs or Postol/Crawford. The biggest PPV in past few years since Floyd retired was a garbage PPV filled with mismatches and a boring fight in Canelo/Chavez
