Amir has to tighten up his defence - in fact, he needs to get a defence - and hopefully his punch power will improve. He's got a great style for the amateurs - quick hands, accurate - but I'm not entirely convinced with him as a pro just yet. At the top level he's gonna need to be able to dissuade them with hurtful punches.

As to sticking his chin out, once you're in the ring you change into a different person, you have to. I think it's a macho thing that everyone has inside them - you get tagged and want to show you're not hurt straight away.

And Amir's character? I've met him a few times. He's very pleasent, mild mannered and accomodating. If he acts a bit macho around his mates - who doesnt!? I'd be ****y as **** if I had Amir Khan's talent.

i dont think hes as good as naz was naz had a wierd style of fighting and he was the p4p the hardest hitter in boxing till he met barrera. khan is a good fighter but will get exposed against higher opposition.
