That article of Arum was before tickets went on sale. When they did $7500 was the highest price.

"Face value of the tickets for the May 2 bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas are priced at $7,500, $5,000, $3,500, $2,500 and $1,500."

      http://money.cnn.com/2015/04/22/news...ets/index.html

BTW only 500-1000 tickets went on public sale for the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.

"The MGM Grand in Las Vegas is expected to pack in close to 16,500 for the fight but estimates had only 500 to 1,000 tickets going on sale to the public with the rest earmarked for the two fighters, the casino, sponsors and promoters."

I think it's you that should STFU.

Can't you read moron? You claimed that the highest priced ticket at face value was $7,500. You clearly lied.

Here's the ticket breakdown, according to ESPN:

        Price .......... Tickets
        $10,000 ..... 1,100
        $7,500 ..... 2,500
        $5,000 ..... 2,500
        $3,500 ..... 4,000
        $2,500 ..... 2,500
        $1,500 ..... 2,500

        http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/i...ve-gate-record

As for the breakdown, $12.26 million came from the sale of 1,226 tickets with a face value of $10,000. Another $11.955 million came from the sale of 1,594 tickets in the $7,500 range.

The most money -- $24.67 million -- came from the sale of 4,934 tickets in the $5,000 range. Another $14,143,500 came from the sale of 4,041 tickets at $3,500 apiece.

The $2,500 price range generated $6.335 million from the sale of 2,534 tickets and the $1,500 price range generated $2.835 million from the sale of 1,890 tickets.

The average face value cost of tickets to the fight was $4,451.48

        So, STFU.

The highest price on public sale was $7500. You want to discuss tickets sales of tickets that didn't go on sale?

The only one lying is you. No 10k ticket ever went on sale to the public.

You're simply a vagina that puts people on ignore...that's about the extent of it. Keep claiming everyone else is "butthurt" tho.

I do remember we were arguing about something and you felt the need to make a new thread about it and put me on ignore so i couldn't respond.
