Tickets on the secondary market are already sold. So that's 3K unsold, not 7K.

If I buy two tickets right now on TicketMaster and immediately put them for sale on StubHub it just means that I am trying to resell them myself, but the promotion already got my money and those tickets are sold. If no one buys my tickets on the secondary market, I can just go to the fight then.
