I don't think you can say he's got a weak chin, he got floored by a really heavy puncher and came back to win. Going down doesnt mean you have a glass jaw. Does De La Hoya have a glass jaw? Did Ali? Holyfield? Calzaghe? Willy Pep? Cotto has a good chin, and he's quick. I think he knocks Castillo out in around 8. Let's not forget, Castillo should have lost to Casamayor but knicked the decision.

Corrales is hardly a *****. He's a brave fighter who takes punishment, spits out blood and comes back to win. He's one of the hardest men on the planet. I think Hatton would take his punches, though, and come back from being outboxed early to knock him out in around 11

Anyone know the status of their contracts with Showtime? Are they fight-by-fight or are there fights still remaining?

cotto has an underrated chin and a lot of power. i could see him beating castillo, and i would want him to beat castillo.

Hatton would beat carrales in a close bout IMO. it would be an absolute war and another extremely entertaining fight. If Carrales fights hatton, and it turns out as exciting as i think it will, then carrales is gonna be in a hell of a lot of exciting fights.

A Corrales/Hatton fight would be exciting, but Chico being with SHO and Hatton with HBO would make it difficult for this fight to happen. But if it happens I'm with Chico.

Castillo would get his ass beaten up by the under rated Cotto.

I like the match-up: Corrales-Hatton. My mouth waters, until I'm reminded that the fight may not take place because of TV commitments.

Hatton gave indications in the Tzyu fight that he's not only willing to take it to big punchers, he can take some and stay upright to give some. On the other hand, Chico seems to like dealing with the Hatton types more than he likes facing boxer types. Despite his reach and height advantages in fights past, he eagerly went to the trenches.

The way I see it, it shall be a case of no-quarters-asked-none-given. Luv the idea!
