Actually, let's assume Pac in the Phillipines before becoming World Champion at 18... the chances of him using stuff to get high as a TEEN would most LIKELY insinuate occassional use. Take MMA fighters smoking weed or JCC smoking weed... to perform at the best level, one would say that shıt like METH would ''inhibit'' (as Pac likes to phrase) performance when training.... So to conclude, with Pac admitting that he was doing stuff before ''becoming champion'' as said, that means he was an athlete doing shıt no different than a Maradona. End result, surely his mgmt or trainers, knowing Pac was a casual user, they must have given him stuff to perform during pro bouts.
