I said this shit last week, He sanctioned the fight because Connor took punches from Diaz in the rematch and Diaz is known to spar Andre Ward and help his own, But why did they turn down Ward v Brand? They actually denied a pro boxer a living by doing so. I wish that Brand can sue them.
