I am sure if i am looking for help at right place but let me explain what do i need.

Let me briefly introduce myself. I live in Slovakia, Europe, i am medicine student and i box (now just as a hobby 2x a week). My friend who is also my coach has his own boxing gym and is former national representant, national champion, winner of Olympic hope West Europe so he knows his stuff. Here where i live (Slovakia) there is only one guy who is managing professional boxers and also he has his own "company" which is under European Boxing Union (EBU) so he is able to give pro licenses. Nothing bad with that if only he was not complete jerk and thief. He is like slovakian Don King. So me and my couch were thinking about starting our own company, but we have no clue how, where, or what to do to start. Correct me if am wrong about anything that i will write here(and also add some info for me please).

    So first off all :
    1. If we want to be able to license boxers (My couch

knows fighters that would be fighting for him) we need to be under organisation ? (Yes/No, if no correct me please)
    2. Is it all right if we will be under organisation like World Boxing League(WBL) or World Boxing Forum(WBF) (Yes/No, if no Why ?)
3.On their sites there is option to be their delegate for 800 dollar fee, does it mean we will be able to license our fighters ? (Yes/No, if no Why ?)
4.Eventually if we will be able to license fighters and be their managers, how does it work with arranging fighters, because that slovakian guys who is givining licences is also a promoter, he makes fights in school gym in 50years old ring, he make guys to have 10-0 record or so and he send them to UK to fight some rising fighters, this summer one guy from our city went to UK to fight Mike Perez and he took a dive after 30s of first round thats the business he makes. So back to the question if we be able to have our own fighters, i think that there are no other promoters than him, what to do ? How we will get our fighters paid.
6.Is it needed to pay some sanctioning fees to organisations ?

Thats it for now. Sorry if we look like total dumbasses but we have only amateur pedigree and here in slovakia we have no choice, others does not want to answer our questions if we ask something.

Thank you all for your helping ! (Sorry for bad english)
Wait your friend (Slov Don King) is the only promoter in your country or just in your general area? First off I think I'd avoid doing business with him if you know he's a sketchy guy who can't be trusted. Is there no other promoter you can grow a relationship with?
