Rigo WAS as good as people say. His foot speed was faster than the opponents hand speed - didn't even need a guard.

    RIP that version of Rigo.

Loma's not lame by any stretch either. But prime Loma vs faded Rigo at a weight that doesn't suit Rigo, and having only fought 2 rounds in 25 months by Dec. Sorry, Loma shouldn't get too much credit for putting a beating on Rigo.

5 years ago it would have been the other way around.

(ps. I'm a Loma fan, but Rigo was something else too)

Loma will be favorite at 130 but Rigo will give him a good fight.

Dude, nobody has ever in boxing history moved up two weight classes and won on this or any level that I can remember. Cats been doing it lately that are desperate for a payday.

rigo should have taken the fight when it was proposed at 126 instead of demanding a cw of 124 and rehydration clause, now he'll have to go all the way up to 130. i see some people saying that rigo is too small when before they were saying that loma was ducking. interesting.

Big up to Bob Arum for putting this fight together when all the doubters/haters said he would never do it! Should be a good fight between two great fighters! Let's see if Mikey Garcia will accept a match with Crawford or will he just live off his decent win against Broner!

Will probably be a boring fight but definately a must make and must watch. If Lomachenko wins, despite the weight, he will be my p4p # 1. Only problem is that the haters will say Rigo was too small and loma too big

Most so call boxing fans were calling for this fight but it's ironic how excuses have stated to circulate. This is why most fighters choose not to face the best because fans really don't appreciate it when top guys fight one another. It will be a good fight for the few true boxing fans that are still left in this world!

                  Rigo by back foot clinic.

You can't hit what you can't catch.

Wow its about time Rigondeaux fought someone the guy can beat Lomachenko, the rate he was going sadly he still wont be top 200 atg, but at least he is finally stepping up but I have a feeling he will pull out again and then claim ducking everyone is ducking, apparently you are only ducked if you are black, if you are non black you are either a cherry picker or ducker accord to those guys on youtube those racist entitled illogical unfair victimplaying pricks who everyone hates because they are evil and victim playing devils, he wasted his career, living off Nonito Donaire win, yet the pro blacks said nonito is a bum and over rated so Rigo has no significant win on his belt just sad. if Nonito is a bum to them Rigo really needs 5 atgs just to break 100.

Man they need to pay Rigo nice for moving up. At least give my boy a career high payday. I mean how many undefeated top guys in a division have jumped two divisions to fight the best guy at that division? I know its happened a few times, but its some rare sh^t. And how many times has the good lil man beaten the good big man? Not as many times as they lost so history says Rigo is in trouble so lets get my boy paid a lil bit.
