Reggaeton is often in a very devolved form but the Don Omar's reggaeton song in question is actually getting back to the mixed roots of Cimmarone (escaped ****** mixed with indians and a few pirates) Congo music, which is actually all about the the mixing of cultures (escaped ******, Indians, Christo Negro, etc) to defeat satanic government forces such the slave trade, the Inquisition, and exploitation of the land. This fight was especially represented in the Choco Darien of Panama where the most powerful tribes of Cimmarrones resided (and still do) and constantly raided the Spanish forces that had their gold and slave trade headquarters in Panamanian towns such as Portabelo and Juan de Dios.
This is why my videos started with Congolese music from Haiti, Colombian and Panamanian Cumbia and tipico, which have much of their roots from Congo. The last two videos ended with Nando Boom who was one of the main originators of reggaeton, which originated in the mid-1970s in Panama as reggae en Espańol, and further developed in the 1990s in Puerto Rico as reggaetón.
