Imagine if Broner had Pacquaio's stamina, output, weird angles ,footspeed and heart. Broner would be a legend if it weren't for all these things that he lacks.

Paulie is a better total package than Broner. Paulie had EVERYTHING but power.
He had charisma/a personality,was stylish and flashy,talked ****..he also had a chin,a huge heart,excellent footwork/handspeed,excellent ring generalship and counter punching,good stamina,wasn’t a drinker/smoker/druggie. He didn’t have a huge entourage and trouble/distractions out of the ring. He didn’t get fat between fights. He had no legal trouble,no baby mammas,no bs in general.
His lack of power ruined him because at the highest level he couldn’t keep guys off him. Had Paulie been born with decent pop, he’d be a legend amongst fans.

He definitely doesn't look like he ever puts anything on his punches at all. Last fight I saw with him and Danny Garcia he couldn't even throw a right hand , he didn't even try to throw a good power shot to make Danny respect him , he just kept circling with his big eyes staring throwing a weak jab the whole fight. Perhaps if he mentally committed to throwing his shots with more power he could of punched harder in his career.
