Right now Ward is like that big NBA free agent being courted by several teams. This week TR got their shot, next week Showtime/PBC will get their chance to impress. Who knows where he ends up.

I think he should stay with Roc Nation. They've actually brought him back from near extinction. The last thing we need is for him to go back into hibernation.

                  fk top rank

my interest in Ward will cease the day that contract gets signed

just like it did with Bradley.... who did nothing relevant whatsoever within his division, other than play Top Rank scrabble with Pacquiao

maybe it is a good way to wind down his career, but I have little/no interest in fighters who are winding down their career with soft touches

at least Ward has a decent body-of-work under his belt already

If HBO doesn't re-sign Ward, they might as well throw-in the towel on boxing all together. HBO used to be 'the heart & soul of boxing', now it's just becoming the Canelo network.

Seems to me that it's the ESPN fights that Ward desires and not Too Rank. I think it's presumptuous to assume that he has to sign a long term deal with TR to fight on ESPN.
