It has almost a kind of poetic symmetry for the concluding part of "The Battle of the Cheating Amigos". Not onl that, but now that their rubber match will be forever lost in a parallel universe of fights that took place (I doubt Gary Shaw will make the effort again, will he?) it will keep the original two fights alive in the memory for longer, as there will be no definitive "winner" to put a lock on any debate about who really was the better fighter.
Shame on Castillo, though - I heard he's been up all week in a bean-eating competition with Brown Bomber. There's no honour in that when he knew he had a job to do.
Is there a replacement bout or has the entire card just been scrapped?
