most here could take a body shot from joshua cause youd no know its coming and youd tense heavily. you can see shots on youtube. tense up, you dont get winded as much. it should be used in defence trust me, not all the time.

if they all were tensed during the body shot, they wouldnt of went down like how they did. even tensing your jaw and neck for hooks work too.

i said tensing makes it much much less painful, but i guess them guys didnt really see it coming. body punches does something to the diaphragm, if there are tensed abs, its less painful.

youd be very suprised. literally have made someone hit me on the body, i told him too. obvs i was tensed.

and yeah, a normal anthony joshua punch to the belly with 10oz on for a normal guy, if they are tensed, they wont be rolling around, if they aint tensed, booooom it frekin hurts.
