most here could take a body shot from joshua cause youd no know its coming and youd tense heavily. you can see shots on youtube. tense up, you dont get winded as much. it should be used in defence trust me, not all the time.

There's no tensing up at that point, you're a deer in a the headlights at that point (Indongo's is a world class fighter that has gone the distance several times, you could assume he knows how to "tense up" for body shots and that he's done core work to spare).
