Floyd imo was a combination of SRL, Pernell, and Jones Jr. Every fight, SRL would change his entire fighting style for each opponent.

Like Floyd. Pernell has some good defense, but Floyd is byfar more multidemensional, and far more instinctive, and athletic.

Pernell is a defensive fighter, while Floyd is a rare-level Pureboxer. SRL is a pure boxer. But Floyd is so sharp as a pureboxer, that he looks like a defensive specialist sometimes.

Roy had crazy athletics. But Floyd fights so natural, far beyond Roy. Floyd fought like a cartoon character, or a cat. Extremely natural, instinctive, and shapeless. You put those three fighters together, and you get one Floyd but even then, his mind goes beyond those 3 fighters combined. I would say SRL has the best boxing brain out of the 3, but I cant compare him alone to Floyd.

I dont see Crawford beating Floyd. Even grandpa Floyd could run around the ring and jab a UD out of Crawford. The Floyd who faced Canelo, would TKO him

Sweet Pea is the reason I took such a liking to floyd. His defense is definitely not better than Floyds. Floyd is taller,has better reach and better at countering and getting out the way.
