I swear you are one of my favorite people on here...except when you talk about Floyd lol. Floyd would have GLADLY faced Crawford at 140. He had to fight 2 eliminators just to get to Gatti, was going to fight Kosta, who lost to Ricky Hatton, then was ducked by Hatton and Cotto so he moved up. At that point Floyd wanted smoke with anyone that was even deemed good.
How would Crawford do against these historic 140 pound fighters.

Just as he never fought prime Williams, Cotto and Margarito, there would have been another reason to why he couldn't fight Crawford
I can see "Nebraska isn't a recognizable boxing state" being the excuseLast edited by Chollo Vista; 08-19-2017, 11:53 PM.Comment

Cotto never ever ducked Floyd. Ever.
Floyd wanted more money to fight Cotto in 2005 than Bob could give him. How does that equate to Cotto ducked Floyd?
However, 2007/2008 is another story.
Floyd also missed out on fights with Williams and Margarito. Instead of fighting Marg in 05/06, Floyd fought Zab Judah and BaldomirComment

Baldomir threw his hat in the ring by beating Judah and becoming UNDESPUTED 147lb Champion

Ill post a video of Cotto saying he WOULD fight Floyd and Floyd saying he won't fight Cotto.
the big bad Zab Judah
the fact that Carlos Baldomir beat him let's you know where Zab was at in his career. Losing to Tata, the feather duster, is nothing to be proud ofComment
