Wilder vs whyte would be a good fight. We would certainly know how good wilder is after the fight. Whyte always comes to fight, throws lots of punches and has a good chin. If wilder can't get one of the other champions at the moment then this fight makes sense.

He was stopped by Joshua and got the benefit of the decision against Chisora in a very close fight I thought Chisora won. I have seen him get taken the distance by an out of shape cruiser and this guy he just stopped is a virtual nobody.

He needs to at least beat a top-10 ranked fighter.

I agree with you but I would still like to see it. The build up would be good and so would the fight and let's be honest, it wouldn't be the first defence wilders made against someone who doesn't deserve it. He also brings money to the table. What's not to like?

I just think that there's better fights, against more deserving challengers, out there for Wilder.

I also think that, after Wilder KO's Whyte (probably in about 6-8rds), he'll only be criticised again for not having fought Ortiz, Miller, Stiverne, etc!
