    At this point I have to give Loma the edge because of Rigo's age and inactivity, Especially at a higher weight class.
    I still think its a great fight for purists and will be competitive obviously

              It could happen, depends on the weight. Also depends on where Rigondeaux is at right now.

              If Rigondeaux is still on his A game, No.

              If Rigondeaux has lost a few steps at 37, maybe.

              Rigondeaux has shown throughout his short career that he fights up to the level of his opponent. He wont extend himself to showcase his skills he is in with someone who forces him too.

              We also need to see the actual size difference.

              Boxrec has Lomachenko's reach listed at 65" and Rigondeaux's at 68" if that is indeed true, then Rigondeaux will have a much easier time dealing with the size difference.

              Also, Lomachenko's greatest asset is his footwork. Rigondeaux is every bit his equal in that category.
