After hearing that Jeff "The Hornet" Horn wants random blood and urine testing for the rematch, interesting tweet from Victor Conte, formerly of BALCO and a subject matter expert on all things PED.

The A-side always controls whether or not there's random testing leading up to a fight. If no random testing then the A-side is the reason.
