    Punch resistance deteriorating.

What have been some instances where a fighter isn't able to take a punch as well as he used to after a fight, either by sustained punishment or being knocked out cold?

I think Whyte's punch resistance faded after being KO'd by Joshua.

Robert Guerreros punch resistance diminished after Thurman leveled him.

Also punch resistance will be a huge factor in Mayweather vs. McG.

Ricky Hatton. He took some flush right hands from kostya tszyu with no effect and then manny rendered him unconscious with one punch. He also knocked him down with average punches in the first round.

To be fair, Pacquiao hit him with an absolute bomb.

The finishing punch was a great shot but the punches in the first round were nothing special.

Ricky had seen alot of life in between those fights. Surprised he still had nostrils by then.

I cant remember Whyte being shaken seriously since Joshua. He took Chisoras shots ok.

This is probably the best most recent example.

before guerrero had a iron chin, thurman put a crack on it. and since seems like guerreo been getting dropped by everyone.
