Cool Vince Phillips just lost his WBC Continental Americas Welterweight Title to Jesus Soto Karass by a 9th round corner stoppage, i think this was his las fight, he looked slow, and lost to a very liited figther who could land 1-2's but seemed to have trouble trowing 1-2-3's, Vince's defence wasnt there, and he was a punching bag for most of the fight.
