Comments Thread For: Anthony Mundine Very Serious About Rugby League Comeback

Former world champion Anthony Mundine looks deadly serious about making a comeback to rugby league and wants to wear the Red V again. According to News Corp, Mundine recently met with St George Illawarra CEO Peter Doust and put his case forward. Despite being 42 years old, Mundine keeps talking up his chances of a remarkable NRL return, and reportedly met with Doust at a Kogarah coffee shop on Tuesday.

        this is absurd

maybe you can fight late in your career as a boxer, but rugby league does not work like that

league is ONLY a young man's game

Mundine will not only get smashed, he will get broken

intelligence/experience/ringIQ/a great gameplan..... will not help in rugby league

Mundine is one of the best players I have ever seen, he could even be the best..... but he has been away from the game for far too long

        give it up choc
