I think he's just trying to emphasise how much of a mismatch this is..I don't think you should take it word for word.

I get that, but he's on TV, and supposed to be knowledgable of combat sports. 60 8s downright just being a disrespectful douche bag towards Conor.

Conor might be a boxing noob in terms of competition, but the man can still fight his ass off in the cage. Max is an arm chair QB to the fullest degrees in boxing. He's literally that nerd that knows every aspect of a sport, besides actually participating in that sport. And he might trai and all, but I bet he's never gone toe to toe with a dude for more than 2-3 rounds, ever.

What will Max say if Conor shocks the world? Not saying McGregor will win, but not saying he can't either. Usain Bolt and Mo Farah lost now, albeit athletics, Pacquaio lost, officially anyway, to Jeff Horn. Maybe omens not so good for Mayweather. He's not the same fighter. Yeah, he should win easily I agree, and it looks like that on paper, but once you take an opponent lightly that could be the downfall.

Some Good points, but he's probably just frustrated that it's even happening..I mean he's clearly an avid boxing fan who's probably just annoyed that mcgregors getting this massive opportunity when there's so many fighters who a more deserving e.g. Thurman, Spence who will never get this chance.

Also he can obviously fight but it doesn't mean he can box
I'll sum it up how I did on a similar thread the other day...think of the best table tennis player and now put them in a championship tennis match with someone like Rafa Nadal..that's what this fight is like lol.
