Manny Pacquiao got crucified for not pushing for good fights, instead saying that you have to talk to his promoter.

Crawford saying this for a scrub like Lipinets doesn't warrant him getting crucified. Which is why I said to use context at least. If you're going to compare the two saying these statements, use it when Crawford is using the statements to duck a challenge.

Again, how does a guy with only 12 fights become a mandatory? Can't really blame him if he isn't too stoked to fight Lipinets. No one even knows who he is? He would have to make that fight in Nebraska if they expect to sell tickets.

Lipinets is actually very good in spite of only 12 pro fights. Crawford just doesn't really shoot his mouth but one thing he's proven is that he will fight whoever is the best or next best guy in his division if it's available and can be made.

Archie Moore and Mantequilla Napoles didn't get a shot until they were unavoidable, into thier second or third division. You can't be great with 12 fights, 20-30 will get you a mention, Archie had over 100 KOs. Match that!
