Seriously, these guys think Conor has some mystical one-punch knockout power and as soon as he lands he'll turn Floyd's lights out.

Floyd has been in with bigger punchers than McGregor, including Mosley, Canelo, De La Hoya, Cotto, Pacquiao, the list goes on.

Paulie doesn't rate Conor's power and certainly didn't think he hit as hard as Cotto when someone asked him directly on twitter.

Fact is it's much easier to score a KO in MMA than in boxing. 4oz gloves plus fighters leaving their chin hanging in mid air waiting to be hit.

IF Conor manages to hit Floyd clean (and that's a big if) it won't be anything Floyd hasn't felt before.

That doesn't stop these idiots thinking somehow, a boxing novice who's punching ability looks amateurish at best, possesses more power than multiple world champion boxers with impressive KO ratios.

So you're telling me that all this time, without ever boxing, Conor McGregor has been P4P no.1, and also had the hardest punch known to man?

I'm also the fastest 100m sprinter on the planet.

Of course I've never competed at 100m sprint, but I just am, because I say I am. I am sprinting!

I'll release 1 second of grainy footage of me crossing a line in front of Usain Bolt (when he's supposed to be helping to train me) to prove it too.

Honestly, they are truely underestimating floyd mayweathers punching power

There's a reason people don't just bulldog him and walk through him

When we sits down, he can sting you
And if he lands enough, he can stop you

            That's the truth

The way conor throws punches leaves him openen for counters from arguably one of the better counter punchers in boxing. Lunges forward and leads with head. I did not see any short straight punches thrown during his training vid but i did not watch the whole thing. Can he change his punching speed or power in the middle of combinations? If not Floyd will control distance and time him with ease.
If we recall chino came forward and jumped on floyd but missed more than he connected. Chino did not give floyd respect so conor is not the first to not show floyd respect. If floyd lacked all punching power how come not a single fighter walked through his punches? I think thats a valid question...

White is just trying to promote, even if he is as clueless as the rest of his guys about this sport, and rips his fighters off. They probably all go in the back and get in a big circle tongue to assh0le while dana rubs one out after each ufc event...it would at least explain the delusions of the fans.

Because his jab to the pit of the stomach hurts like a mother****er... A few of his opponents have said that.

This and the fact that floyd hasn't had recent knock outs because he has played it safe against world class boxers who don't make many mistakes, Connor is going to be giving floyd lots of opportunities to capitalize on his amateur mistakes with very little risk in return on Floyds part. a quick short hook and a straight right and ortiz was out for the count.
