Was Castillo forced to sign the contract for the 3rd fight???

I was just wondering, did Castillo freely sign the contract for this 3rd fight? Or was it in the contract in the 2nd fight, that if Castillo had won(which he did), then there should be a rubber match?

Castillo shouldn't have signed the contract for the 3rd fight, knowing he cannot make weight. But if it was part of the 2nd fight contract, can we blame him?

Whatever contract he signed for the second fight would have been invalidated when he didn't live up to the conditions of it.

I thought he was obligated by contract for a rematch.
