The last super fight boxing had was Manny vs Floyd and after Floyd retired and Manny virtually retired we had no other superstars in boxing well thanks to the mma legend now boxing has a genuine star in his 20s that can carry the sport into the next decade. He will draw more eyes to boxing than any other fighter and just his name means any fight he's in becomes a superfight. That's great news for the ggg's, thurmans, Crawford's etc that need that big name to help get them exposure. Thanks to McGregor the next generation of nearly star fighters have a man to chase just like they did with Manny and Floyd.
Thank you Connor for giving boxing another megastar

Even in trolling, ideally you're subliminally acknowledging the powers of the BBC!!! Women like those things -

Without a doubt, he is ALREADY the FACE OF BOXING and he hasnt even fought. He is reviving boxing with all the attention and interest he is bringing to it.Comment

What Conor has done in combat sports in such a short period of time has been unpredented.
People dont know he fought his 1st UFC fight in 2013. That's only 4 years ago. I remember watching his debut and saying to myself " damn this MMA fighter got hands ".
In 4 years he has become one of the biggest name not only in MMA but combat sports.
People can say its because of his mouth yet if it only took a big mouth Broner or that idiot Malignaggj would be stars. Conor backs it up and is very exciting to watch. He has that " IT " factor.
FYI: When Floyd was 28 he was averaging 300k in PPV. He owes everything to Oscar.
McGoat is self made.
People cant appreciate greatness i guess.Comment

There's nothing trolling about this thread.
I love boxing and the sport needs superstars to keep the public interested and growing. Connor is a genuine superstar and he's said he plans to fight on. Floyd almost 100% retires after this fight so without Connor the only star left is manny and he hasn't been a full time boxer in 5 years. He's a full time politician now that boxes at elite level once a year. Right now boxing can't afford to lose any more stars so thank god for Connor to carry the sport.Comment
