What a way to make Mickey relevant. Just drop in Mayweather's name. Mickey is good but not that good as to fight Mayweather even now. You gotta walk before you can run son.

Love Mikey, too me he is one of the future faces of this sport and with him boxing is in good hands. With that being said, He isn't big enough, fast enough, hit hard enough, or quick enough to beat Floyd. Just a different level of fighter. I love the confidence though.Comment

I believe Mayweather timing is off and reflex is off still good enough to beat most just not mikey.Comment

Robert Garcia, older brother and trainer of three division champion Mikey Garcia (37-0, 30 KOs), is confident that his younger sibling would be too strong and defeat Floyd Mayweather Jr. (49-0, 26 KOs) at this stage of the game. Mikey was in action last month in Brooklyn, when he moved up to the junior welterweight division to dominate Adrien Broner - who happens to be Mayweather's close friend.

I like Robert Garcia, but I completely disagree
Floyd beats Mikey now, but he would never agree to fight MMA
Mac would kick his assComment

Laughable. Although, Mikey is absolutely the kind of fighter Mayweather would love to fight at welterweight. A smaller guy coming up with a solid following.Comment

Mayweather has a hell of a chin so I'd expect it to go the distance. Mayweather could still get rocked if he slipped up though. Yeah Canelo was green at the time. He learned as a pro, not a deep amateur background. Remember he had only really fought Trout. He needed a fight like Lara to prepare for Mayweather. He didn't get that until after Mayweather. We all knew at the time Canelo took that fight too early. We expected him to lose. Mikey right now is peaking and I'd give him a bigger shot than I gave Canelo at that time.Comment
