I see Billy Joe winning clearly on points in a competetive contest. He does have decent power though and it depends how Monroe Jr. reacts in front of the partizan crowd. I get the impression he may quit if hurt and under pressure.

I think Monroe Jr. will find his comfort zone again since it's safe to assume BJS doesn't crack as hard as GGG. I mean he beat Boone and Boone has floored Kovalev and Ward before. That X factor resurrection I will give to Monroe Jr. I just see BJS winning the crowd. I think one judge will give it to Monroe Jr. since I believe Willie bring that A game workrate. This is his second title opportunity!!! Willie has to put it all in!

Theres no announcement on the VADA twitter page, though WBO doesnt require VADA. Theres a video on youtube from a few weeks ago with him talking about it, says they sent a second contract requiring VADA. He says in the interview he thought it was odd as he already does year round VADA testing, but Boxrec says he doesnt. Something dont add up right
