IDK but there is a lot of fake chit on twitter, instagram ect with followers. You can literally buy packages of fake follower bot accounts to boost your numbers.

With only 150k now, he obviously isnt doing that. Not saying he once did but if you want to boost your followers up, they dont have to all be real people, you can literally buy that.

On top of that you can hire people/companies to post for you. Rich Piana is on his deathbed in a coma in the hospital but someone is posting 10 year old photos on his instagram. Obviously he hires someone to do it.
