All true, but sometimes that plea is your only option. Particularly in a case like his, that was reliant on testimony from his son. He probably didn't want his children being put on a witness stand for some petty b.s. with their mother. This **** happens in a lot of domestic violence cases.

Maybe you're right, thankfully I've never been involved in that kinda scenario and hopefully I never will be, and I know people have been forced to plead guilty for something they haven't done before for a number of reasons.

It's just if you plead guilty to a crime, the media will always jump on that and the public will always think you did it, no matter how fishy the case is. Look at Tyson, I know he pleaded not guilty, and I've watched documentaries and I think he was screwed over, but being a convicted rapist will always hang over his head.
