You're treating it as a real boxing fight that Atlas should watch to review Paulie's performance. It was a sparring session and Paulie didn't go from a training camp and walked into Conor's gym, he got off a plane and got there as a sparring partner, not a conditioned, trained and sharp version of Paulie.
